Redefine Study: COMP360 Psilocybin for PTSD
Phase 2/3 trial testing whether COMP360 (a lab-made psilocybin formulation), given with therapist support, reduces PTSD symptoms. Open to the public; veterans with a PTSD diagnosis of 6+ months may qualify.
